Executable and Reproducible Papers with Quarto and Docker

In this session, we will learn how to use quarto and docker to produce a formatted, reproducible, and executable conference or journal article. Doing this avoids directly using LaTeX, and allows us to dynamically produce visualisations and statistics on the fly, cache models, and reproduce the computational environment the paper is written in. This currently represents a gold standard of reproducibility.

This will be an interactive workshop! make sure to bring your laptop, and install R, Rstudio, and Docker Desktop
