
What we’re about
In this gathering, we will build a stronger connection with ourselves, release tension and give our nervous system a gentle reset. For me, healing has many aspects and I love switching between them depending on what feels right in the moment. I love to raise the vibration of the people around me and with this group I want to build a solid community.
We will begin with gentle movements to strengthen our posture, followed by a short breathwork session to bring ourselves into a coherent state. Then, we will sing a mantra to activate our voices and release physical and emotional blockages. We’ll continue with a Kundalini Yoga practice to awaken the energy along the spine and guide it toward the top of the head.
In the end, if we want, we can dance freely, letting our bodies move however they wish. Finally, we will return to our breath and stillness to integrate our new baseline.
