Welcome to our weekly Outdoor Yoga & Meditation session!
Join us every Sunday in the lush green surroundings of the park for a rejuvenating experience that blends the power of yoga with the calming practice of meditation.

I’m simply a passionate yoga lover who practices every day and decided to share this experience with others who’d like to move, breathe, and find peace together outdoors. 🌿

Whether you’re completely new or already experienced, our sessions are open to all levels. We’ll start with gentle yoga poses to stretch and strengthen the body, followed by a guided meditation to calm the mind and center the spirit.

Bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water, and an open heart — and join us for a peaceful Sunday morning dedicated to wellness, mindfulness, and community in nature.
