Rabble Games - Valentine's Day Singles Special!

Valentine’s Day doesn't have to be about awkward candlelit dinners. This year, we’re heading outdoors for a high-energy, no-pressure singles Rabble Games session - because the best way to break the ice is through a bit of friendly competition!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
A Rabble session is 1 hour of fun, social games. We play everything from Capture the Flag and British Bulldog to Tag and Flip Cup - the goal is to have so much fun, you forget you're actually exercising! You don’t need to be an athlete to join. Every game is explained beforehand by our friendly instructors, and we welcome all fitness levels. After the games, we’ll head to a local pub for drinks and a chance to chat with your teammates and opponents.

TIMINGS:
11.30am - 12.30pm - Rabble Games Session (including warm up and cool down)
12.30pm onwards - Lunch and drinks in a nearby pub

WHAT TO BRING: We’ll be playing outside in Southwark Park, no matter the weather! Please wear sports kit and trainers you don’t mind getting muddy. We also recommend bringing water and gloves if it's chilly.

MEETING POINT:
Southwark Park on the grass outside the Pavilion cafe. You should see the Rabble flag and be welcomed by your instructors, David & Shona.

CLOSEST STATIONS: Surrey Quays / Canada Water.
