What we’re about
We're a group of White people working to educate the racism out of ourselves, and to equip ourselves to help educate the racism out of other White people. We also seek to develop friendship and camaraderie with each other, so we can work together with joy for racial justice. We read and discuss books together. One or two meetings per book, depending on how long it is. We meet every 5-7 weeks or so. Monday evenings, at a Chinese/Japanese restaurant. We decide together what to read next, and use Rallly.com to schedule our meetings, to coordinate with everyone. We're connected to Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ). We learn better when we learn together.
