First Meeting: Welcome & Community Brainstorm (Virtual)

Our first gathering will be a casual virtual meet-and-greet held on Zoom. This initial meeting is all about introductions, connection, and laying the foundation for what this community can become together.

During this call, we’ll take time to introduce ourselves, share a little about why we joined, and talk about our experiences living in San Antonio as Black women. This will also be a space for open brainstorming—discussing what we want this group to look like, what types of conversations or events we’d like to have, and how we can build a supportive and empowering community together.

This meeting will also help us get a sense of who’s interested in being part of the group moving forward and what everyone hopes to gain from it. Whether you're looking for community, meaningful discussion, networking, or support, your voice and ideas are welcome.

No pressure, no expectations—just come as you are and be part of shaping something meaningful for Black women in San Antonio.
