We’ll start with a 3 to 4-mile mindful brisk walk around scenic Town Lake to activate and ground. From there, we’ll shift into an invigorating cold plunge at our home to awaken your nervous system and invite resilience. If you are a novice at cold plunging, we got you! Christopher will demonstrate and walk you through how to cold plunge effectively. We’ll close with a calming guided meditation, with the option to deepen your journey through hapè for those who feel called.

Hapé (pronounced ha-PAY) is a sacred, tobacco-based snuff made from finely ground Amazonian medicinal plants. It’s traditionally used by Indigenous tribes in South America for grounding, clearing energy, and connecting more deeply to intention and Spirit.
During our ceremony, hapé will be offered as an optional plant ally to support:

✨ Energetic cleansing
✨ Deepened meditation or prayer
✨ Nervous system regulation
Hapé is administered with reverence through the nose using a special pipe called a kuripe (self-administered) or tepi (administered by a guide). It’s not psychedelic, but it is powerful—so we recommend arriving with an open heart, staying well-hydrated, and letting go of any expectations.
This is a space of sovereignty and safety—you’ll never be pressured to receive hapé, and we’ll walk you through the process lovingly if it’s your first time.
