Join us for **Radiance Reset**, a nourishing mind-body-soul experience designed to move energy, clear the mind, and leave you glowing from the inside out.

### ✨ What to Expect:

We’ll begin with a **3 to 4-mile mindful brisk walk** around scenic Town Lake — the perfect way to get grounded, move stagnant energy, and reconnect with your breath.

Then we’ll shift into an **invigorating cold plunge** at our home to awaken your nervous system and invite deep resilience.
If you’re new to cold plunging, no worries — Christopher will guide you through the process and demonstrate how to safely and effectively cold plunge.

### **Ceremonial Cacao Integration**

After the plunge, warm up with a cup of **ceremonial cacao**, intentionally prepared to support grounding, heart-opening, and connection.
We’ll share a short ritual with the cacao to help you tune inward, reflect, and receive the next layer of your experience.

### **Sacred Stillness + Optional Hapé Ceremony**

To close, we’ll gather in **silent group meditation**, offering space for integration and inner alignment.
For those who feel called, we’ll offer **hapé** as an optional plant ally to deepen the journey.

### **About Hapé (Optional)**

**Hapé** (pronounced ha-PAY) is a sacred, tobacco-based snuff made from finely ground Amazonian medicinal plants. Used traditionally by Indigenous tribes of South America, it can support:
✨ Mental clarity
✨ Energetic cleansing
✨ Deepened meditation or prayer
✨ Nervous system regulation

Hapé is administered through the nose using a kuripe (self-administered) or tepi (guide-administered). It’s not psychedelic, but it is potent — so we recommend arriving with an open heart, staying well-hydrated, and releasing expectations.
You’ll never be pressured to receive hapé. This is a space of sovereignty, consent, and support. If it’s your first time, we’ll walk you through the experience lovingly and respectfully.
