Join Ana on Tuesday evenings and experience the unique "sleep yoga"!
Yoga Nidra is a technique of guided meditation that uses your body’s natural ability of falling asleep to help you reach a meditative state.
Under Yoga Nidra, your entire body and mind will feel completely relaxed. When you “wake up” from your Yoga Nidra session, you will feel like you have undergone hours of sleep, even if only a few minutes have passed.
Our classes last approximately 40 minutes, followed by a brief sharing circle for integration.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water and a journal.
Yoga mats and blankets are provided by the space, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Class cost: $15
Payment can be made via Eventbrite prior to the event, or via cash or Venmo (@AnaLuiza-Bock).
