Rooted Intentions is an evening of sound and stillness, created to help you slow down, settle into your body, and listen for what is ready to be planted in this new year. Through the gentle resonance of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other grounding instruments, you’ll be guided into a space of calm presence where clarity can arise naturally.
This is an evening to feel into what wants to grow — intentions shaped by honesty, patience, and self-trust. Like roots reaching into the earth, we begin quietly, anchoring ourselves in what feels true and sustainable.
