Through the soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments, you’ll be guided into a state of openness, lightness, and subtle expansion.

Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided. Feel free to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
