Coming Home: Returning to the Body
There is wisdom within the body that can easily become quiet beneath the noise of everyday life.
This evening is an invitation to slow down and return to the simple experience of being here.
To notice your breath.
To notice sensation.
To notice what arises without trying to change it.
Through the soothing tones of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments, we'll create a space of presence and curiosity—allowing whatever is asking for attention to gently reveal itself.

Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided. Feel free to bring anything that helps you feel cozy. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
