Welcome to this week’s women’s circle! Tonight, we’ll focus on connection and self-discovery. We’ll begin with a fun icebreaker to set the tone and get to know one another better. From there, we’ll explore the evening’s topic, 'Redefining Beauty,' through open discussion, sharing our thoughts, and reflecting on personal experiences. This gathering is a space to connect, grow, and be inspired by one another’s journeys. We’ll close with a moment to set intentions, leaving with fresh perspectives and a sense of support. Let’s dive in and make this time meaningful together!

Below is the "Mindful Musing" for the week which includes our Main Topic and some questions for us to explore together!

Beauty has long been defined for us — through filters, magazines, mirrors, and the quiet pressure to be pleasing. We’ve learned to chase an ideal instead of embodying our essence. But real beauty isn't something to attain; it's something to remember. It’s already inside of us, waiting for permission to show up in its fullness — messy, soft, strong, wild, honest.

Redefining beauty means unlearning what we were taught to believe was beautiful and learning instead to see beauty in aliveness, presence, depth, and joy. It asks: What if beauty isn’t about how you’re seen, but how you feel when you're fully yourself? What if beauty is being unapologetically alive in your own skin?

True beauty isn’t flawless — it’s real. And maybe the bravest thing we can do is let the world witness the kind of beauty that can’t be edited

  7. What does the world miss out on when women believe they aren’t beautiful enough?
  8. How do you want to define beauty on your own terms?
