Tacoma Discussion: Time for Reflection
Details
Welcome to this week’s women’s circle! Tonight, we’ll focus on connection and self-discovery. We’ll begin with a fun icebreaker to set the tone and get to know one another better. From there, we’ll explore the evening’s topic, 'Time for Reflection,' through open discussion, sharing our thoughts, and reflecting on personal experiences. This gathering is a space to connect, grow, and be inspired by one another’s journeys. We’ll close with a moment to set intentions, leaving with fresh perspectives and a sense of support. Let’s dive in and make this time meaningful together!
Below is the "Mindful Musing" for the week which includes our Main Topic and some questions for us to explore together!
The end of the year invites us into a sacred pause — a threshold between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming. It’s not just about setting goals or resolutions. It’s about witnessing ourselves. It’s about honoring the courage it took to keep going, the wisdom gained in the messiness, the beauty born from quiet resilience.
This is the moment to sit with all that was — not to judge it, but to integrate it. To notice where you bloomed, where you bent, and where you broke open. It’s a chance to release what no longer fits and make space for what wants to emerge.
You are not starting over — you are starting deeper. The lessons, the growth, the joy, the grief — they all come with you. And as you step into a new year, you do so more whole, more aware, and more rooted in the truth of who you are.
