Start your Saturday morning with a breath of fresh air and a rejuvenating yoga session at Riverbend Neighborhood Park in Orange, CA. This 60-minute, beginner-friendly gentle flow class is perfect for all levels and offers a welcoming environment to stretch, strengthen, and relax.

What to Bring:
-Yoga mat/towel (I have extra mats if needed)
-Water bottle
-Sunscreen
