What we’re about

I'm currently in the planning and design phase for this meetup. It will launch on Sunday, January 4th.

The basic premise of the meet-up is that creating healthy habits for yourself is a revolutionary act against a system that is hostile to your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being (however you define that). The first layer of systems is personal.

Then you share the power you've generated from your personal systems with your community—family, friends, coworkers, classmates, etc. This power can be shared through personal habits that impact them, or by sharing your newly acquired habit-forming powers.

As you share your habits, systems, routines, rituals, and protocols with others, they will share theirs with you. This creates a collective feedback loop. The next layer of systems is collective. Sharing collective power can be expressed in many ways. I look forward to seeing how our collective power is shared as this meetup grows.
