Radical Health / Playground

At the Radical Health Playground you can experience an exotic selection of science-based biohacking tools & interventions. You can do so under the supervision of an expert or knowledgeable user. (Don't worry, we're not trying to sell you any products.) The Radical Health Playground is also a networking event, where you can meet fellow biohackers and health experts.

Featured biohacking interventions
Currently we plan to offer the following interventions/tools for optimising your health. Please be aware that this program is not definitive and subject to change.

• PEMF
  Full-body 30 min Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field therapy sessions.
  There will also be devices for local treatments. [video]
• Neurostimulation
  Improve your brain and cognitive function with these interventions:
  Audio Visual Entrainment [video]
  Transcranial Photobiomodulation (tPBM) [video]
  Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) [video]
  Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (low intensity) (to be confirmed)
• Molecular Hydrogen
  Hydrogen (H2) therapy has many applications. We offer hydrogen water (H2 dissolved in tap water) for every visitor. There will also be 25 min H2 gas breathing sessions (limited). [video]
• Photobiomodulation
  Full-body near infrared (NIR) / red light therapy with large wall panel.
  Local photobiomodulation for eyes and joints with various devices. [video]
• Tests
  QEEG measurement (simple version)
  Ketone breath measurement
• Workshop(s)
  Hypnosis for pain-management & anesthesia
  Blood Flow Restriction Training (KAATSU) (to be confirmed)

Applications
Although not well-known, these tools are already being used to treat: pain, stress, depression, inflammation, cognitive decline, brain-fog and wound healing - to name but a few. Also for wellness, sleep, performance and longevity.

For whom?
Biohackers, doctors, therapists, researchers, health experts and educated patients. You are interested in health & biohacking and are curious to experience new interventions.

Timeline
Start: 14:00 hrs (2 pm)
Break: 16:00 hrs (4 pm) till 16:20 hrs (4:20 pm)
End: 18:00 hrs (6 pm)
> Come and go as you like. Keep in mind that there may be a waiting time and limited capacity for some of the interventions.

Tickets & Payment
In total there are 24 tickets available: 4 early birds tickets (49 euro) and 20 regular tickets (59 euro). Prices including transaction fees and 21% VAT.

Miscellaneous
1. To get the most out of this small-scale event, prepare yourself by researching the interventions you want to experience beforehand.
2. The biohacking tools that you can try out at the Playground are generally safe. Nevertheless, you do so at your own risk.
3. You may not be able to try out everything, as some interventions have limited capacity. Arrive early to make sure you can experience the intervention that has highest priority to you.
4. We are not doctors and this event is not a clinic. If you need medical help see a qualified health professional.
