Informal meet and greet for biohackers, (citizen) scientists, doctors, researchers, therapists and educated patients. Connect with like-minded fellow health experts to share experiences and exchange tips & tricks.

Program & Themes
There is no specific program. We just get together and talk. Bring your expertise, curiosity and questions! Together we deepen our understanding.
Themes for this meetup:

• The 5-day water fast
• Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
• Advanced Glycation End products (AGEs)
• HRV resonant breathing
• Supplement spotlight: Zinc-L-Carnosine

These are just suggestions; feel free to discuss any other subjects related to biohacking, medicine or health!

For whom?
Just being interested in health/biohacking alone is not enough to join this event. Apart from curiosity, you bring knowledge, experience and/or skill in the field of biohacking, research or healthcare. You have both an open mind as well as an appetite for science and critical thinking.

> At around 2 minutes walking from Den Haag Central Station.

Tickets
No ticket needed. Admission to the Radical Health Social Night is free.
> However, it is necessary to:
1. become a member of the Radical Health meetup group, and
2. indicate that you have the intention to join this event - by hitting the Attend button.

Communication
At some point Radical Health will migrate away from Meetup to another platform. If you want to stay in the loop, make sure that I have your email address.

Practical
There is a table/area reserved for the Radical Health Social Night upstairs. Everyone pays for their own drinks via a QR code, or orders at the bar. Cash not accepted, only debit and credit card. [Eating is not part of the meetup, but if you get there earlier, you can enjoy the venue's streetfood - from all over the world.]
