Living in our multitudes of brain power is hard, so let's hit a gentle pause to check in with yourself.
We’ll explore topics like emotional regulation, self-talk, and balance — all through ADHD-friendly reflection prompts and discussion.
Realistically, the event flows like this (but you never know, since my tendency with relational thinking is real LOL):
- opening intro: bit about myself (if there is new comers) and a little bit of the "why" of this meetup group
- members intro: open the space for anyone who would like to share anything about their week, why they are here or their concerns/realization about their ADHD
- today's topic: usually, I may come up with something on the fly after hearing from the members intro; but I will always have something set to share with the group
- wrap up: gain insights from the group of what they wish to hear about :)
