Impulsivity is one of the most misunderstood parts (and sometimes leaves me saying "what the he** was that?! two seconds later!) of ADHD! But I am happy to report that my explosive emotions, periodically unexplainable behaviors, and regrettable decisions have subsided thanks to being mindful. On top of that, my insightful intuition is through the roof!
