Intention Setting: a method I learned from Dr. Joe Dispenza and I have been thriving with heartfelt intentions ever since. I want to share this with whoever needs it. It helped with my self-esteem that was affected by emotional dysregulation and rejection sensitivity that are caused by ADHD. I wrote a book, and created acts of affirmation method ever since.

Executive Function: planning, prioritizing, time management/concept and motivation - these are the areas that make up our brain's executive function, which are also the area where ADHD brains work differently. In our time together, I will share different tools I use to combat executive dysfunction.
