Leadership Meeting

In living out our values as an organization, we realized the best way to achieve our vision of a fluid leadership - with each member of RxC Chicago free, equal, and empowered to create their own projects and experiments - is to start posting about our leadership meetings and inviting anyone to attend.

We've only had a few leadership meetings prior to this, with a core group of 6 - we want to expand that to anyone who wants to take on more responsibility. No commitments are necessary, just come and we'll all share ideas about how to maximize our impact as an organization in Chicago. Take any initiative you want, seek advice from others, and co-create this thing together with all of us!

We'll have these meetings regularly scheduled once a month, and in between them we'll have a social night geared toward experimentation and partnership rather than ideation and planning, which will remain the domain of the leadership meetings.
