Details

Our 8-mile walk will explore Langley and Black Park. Langley Park is named after the 18th century mansion, built by the Duke of Marlborough. The landscaped park was created by Lancelot Capability Brown to surround the mansion and to showcase its grandeur to other notables. Langley Park benefits from an arboretum full of diverse trees. On our walk the autumn colours will transform the avenue of trees and the woodlands. We can try out the free-to-enter orienteering course which covers the entire park. We may extend the walk to Black Park for a tour of the lake.
