What we’re about
This group is a way for LGBTQ+ people who enjoy board games to meet each other on a regular basis.
We meet up every Thursday night to play board games of all types (including card games, strategy games, party/social games). Any level of experience is fine; we love to teach games and bring new people into this amazing hobby.
What we are:
- An open, welcoming group of boardgamers of all experience levels who want to have fun playing games in a relaxed social environment.
What we are not:
- A singles dating group
- A hookup procurement zone
- A forum for LGBT/gender/queer politics
We've been meeting since January 2014.

Join your fellow LGBTQIA+ folks for our very first TCG (Trading Card Game)-focused event at Gameology Brunswick!
While the focus for this initial event will be Magic: The Gathering (Commander [https://magic.wizards.com/en/formats/commander] format specifically) and Disney Lorcana, feel free to bring any other TCG decks; it's a great opportunity to teach people your game of choice, or find your new play group! We’ll be forming pods for Commander around 12:30 and there will be some decks for loan (feel free to bring some of your own - the more the merrier!).
Entry is free. However, due to limited space, RSVP’ing is required. Also note that while Gameology sells soft drinks and water, you'll need to BYO food (Lux and a number of quality cafes are right across the road). Finally, no alcohol is to be consumed on premises.
