Free ADHD Adult Support Group

Join us at The Neurodiversity Clinic for a free monthly Adults with ADHD support group, facilitated by a therapist with lived experience.

We will talk about the challenges of ADHD, executive functioning strategies, relationships and more! There will plenty of time and space to ask for support and meet others with similar experiences. See you there!
