Join us for a beginner-friendly meditation circle created for the Boston LGBTQ+ community. This is a calm, affirming space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect midweek.
Each session includes:
• Brief optional introductions
• Guided meditation (20–30 minutes)
• Quiet reflection
• Optional light connection afterward
No prior experience is needed. Just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing.
