What we’re about
Welcome to Rainbow Spinnakers Sailing Club, a friendly and inclusive community for LGBTQ+ people who share a passion for sailing. Whether you’re a newcomer to the sport or an old salt, our group offers the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, learn new skills, and embark on sailing adventures together. All are welcome, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. Regular sails take place most weekends from around April through late November, and we host two annual parties. We hope you’ll join us on the waterways of Washington DC and Chesapeake Bay!

Annapolis Sailboat Show
Annapolis Sailboat Show, Compromise St., Annapolis, MD, USView and tour new & used boats on miles of docks at this huge show, or buy some new sailing apparel, gear, electronics, and books. There will also be booths of charter companies and free seminars on cruising, racing, navigation, and other topics. Also, schooner Woodwind will be cruising (see separate event TBA). Annapolis Sailboat Show
The best place to park is Eastport, then walk across the bridge over Spa Creek to the show entrance. Please use the discussion to coordinate dates and rides with other members. I believe Greg can access reduced price tickets for certain days.1 attendee
