The kind of meditation that is commonly practiced is contemplative meditation. It is the technology of working with the mind.
But there is another kind of meditation–energetic meditation–which works at the layer beneath the mind, the layer of energy. According to Eastern philosophy, behavior, and even the mind, is created from underlying patterns (called Samskaras). These patterns are the software that runs the human mechanism.
Energetic meditation works directly with energetic patterns and can dramatically accelerate spiritual evolution.

About Dr. K Narayan

Dr. K Narayan began his spiritual quest in 1996. For the next 15 years, he spent countless hours meditating, reading, chanting, and learning about various paths to enlightenment. After receiving a PhD in Quantum Mechanics, he experienced a spiritual awakening in 2011. The awakening led him to question everything he had learned about spiritual growth and began exploring the Quantum Field, the energetic origin of the Universe.
