Most voice AI architectures fall apart in production: state scattered across databases, webhooks arriving out of order, five vendors to debug at 2am. This workshop is about a different approach.
This hands-on workshop will build AI-driven IVRs and contact center flows on SignalWire's control plane, where state lives inside the call, operations execute atomically, and your code defines logic instead of managing infrastructure. Learn how to build intelligent, browser-based IVRs and contact center systems using SignalWire’s programmable unified communications stack.
