What we’re about
We are a new chess group open and welcome to everyone. We are starting this Raleigh Chess Club with the hopes of bringing together lovers of chess. North Street Beer Station will be hosting us and has at least 12 chess boards and timers as well as a few advanced players and beginner players to start the group. Please feel free to bring your own Chess board from home or feel free to use one of the boards on location.
Not all participants use meet-up, but it is encouraged and the spot for official information regarding this chess club.
Players of all levels are welcome.
The purchase of beer, wine, delicious craft cocktails and other beverages (soda, sparkling water,etc...) is available and encouraged by participants to support the event space and don’t forget to tip your bartender! The purchase of alcoholic beverages for off premises consumption is available as well.
North Street does not serve food aside from snacks, so you are welcome to bring outside food, but outside beverages are not permitted.
Free WiFi on site as well.
