This retreat will be guided by Rachel Johnson of Healing Hypnosis and Brianne Staggs of Mandala Breathwork.

Rachel blends hypnosis, energy medicine, and intuitive guidance into experiences that awaken the body’s innate intelligence and reconnect women with their sacred feminine power.

Brianne brings the grounded presence of a healer and the heart of a breathwork facilitator, blending her background as a clinical mental health student and certified breath work facilitator to create spaces of profound release and restoration.
