Let's hike the Loblolly trail and connect more deeply with nature through meditation by the flowing stream.

We’ll meet at the Loblolly Trailhead sign at 6:00 PM. The Loblolly trail is on the right side of the park when entering (not the side with the bathrooms). At ~6:05, we’ll begin a 20-minute hike at a moderate pace. Once we arrive at the stream, we’ll settle onto the large rocks for silent meditation together for ~20 minutes.

Feel free to bring a lightweight towel or cloth to sit on and bug repellent if you’d like. If time allows, we can wind down afterward at the picnic tables with some cold tea I’ll bring to share.

Please keep in mind that participation is at your own risk. These are public, well-trodden trails, but natural hazards are always a possibility. Please be comfortable walking at the pace of ~25 minutes per mile. By joining this event, you acknowledge that you’re responsible for your own safety and understand that the organizers are not liable for any injuries or incidents that may occur.
