Raleigh Drum Circle - (Weekly, Not a Hosted Event - See Description)

Please note - this is NOT an Empowered Empaths hosted event, so there may or may not be people from our group in attendance at one of these events. But many of us who attend meetings regularly have found these weekly drum circles to be uplifting and great energy if you're interested in checking this out on your own. We welcome if you plan to attend for you to put in the Comments of the event date that you'll be there if you're ok with others looking for you there.

About the Raleigh Drum Circle:
Every Wednesday from 7:00pm - 8:30pm (6:45pm setup), the Raleigh Drum Circle gathers in Pullen Park for a completely free drum circle. You are welcome to bring any drum and join in, and they also have a limited number of drums available to borrow, but you can also just sit and listen. They have some chairs they pull out, but you can also bring a blanket to sit on the lawn. In addition to the drumming, there are typically all sorts of activities in the background - hula hoopers, dancers, acro yoga, slack lines, jugglers, and a ton of music, dancing and good energy. When the weather is nice, it can be pretty magical to be outside among all of it. See pics on their website here:
