About us
Welcome to the Raleigh Video Production Meetup! This group is for local camera operators and videographers to connect, share what we’re learning, and build a stronger production community in the Triangle.
Whether you’re a full-time DP, a freelancer building your client list, or just getting serious about video, you’re welcome here. We’d love to meet shooters, editors, gaffers, audio folks, producers, and anyone working in documentary, corporate, events, or narrative.
At our meetups we’ll:
• Talk shop on gear, lighting, audio, and workflows
• Share recent work and get honest feedback
• Swap tips on pricing, finding clients, and running a freelance business
• Connect for crew needs, collaborations, and referrals
• Occasionally do hands-on shoots or gear demos
The goal is simple: meet the people you’ll want to call when a gig needs a second camera, and grow together as creators. Come say hi!
