Raleigh to Umstead Park Trail Tour

Small group tour of the Capital Area Greenway System in Raleigh. We'll travel the Mine Creek and Crabtree Creek greenways, from Longstreet Drive/Bent Creek Drive to Ebenezer Church Road.

Amazing sights! -- Cross the new suspension bridge over Crabtree Creek, climb the switchback up to Duraleigh Road and ride the larks-head loop of ramps down to the Umstead Park entrance.

You'll get a great workout, learn how to get the most out of your bike and find inspiration and relaxation. Perfect for those new to e-biking. Strenuous.

Participants must provide their own bicycle, wear a safety helmet and follow all greenway rules and vehicle regulations. You should be able to ride safely and keep a pace of about 10 mph.
