Join me for our very first gathering 🌿
We’ll be meeting at Spring Forest Park, a park I grew up going to which makes this one feel especially meaningful to host.
This will be a relaxed, all-levels outdoor yoga practice focused on moving your body, getting fresh air, and taking a moment to reset midweek. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you’re welcome here.
This is a donation-based class ($10–$20 suggested) — give what feels accessible to you.
What to bring:
• A yoga mat or something to practice on
• Water
• Anything else you need to feel comfortable outdoors
We’ll keep things simple, welcoming, and grounded in community. Come as you are, I’d love to practice together.
