Raleigh Real Estate Meetup - May 2025

This month we are hosting a casual real estate networking night at one of our meetup member's Airbnb properties in North Hills. Will Brooks, who has spoken for our group before, has been operating at this property for the past 7 months, already seen a 90% occupancy rate across the three listings making up the property, and has found diversified revenue streams across accommodations, meetings, and small events. Whether you are flipping, renting, wholesaling, or just curious about getting started, come hang out with some like-minded folks.
