Drone Meetup at Dorothea Dix March 1st

We’re into our third month of the year and finishing up the cold season. Watch for a switch back to our regular start time next month. For now we still start at 10am on March 1st. let’s have some great flights, conversation, and education this Saturday!
Come to participate or just to spectate - pilots of all experience and flying model type are welcome! FPV, camera drone, heli, RC airplane - we do it all! Our meeting spot is along the long side of the Dorothea Dix "Big Field", adjacent to Barbour Dr. (use GPS directions to 812 Barbour Dr, Raleigh, NC 27603).
In addition to your drone, controller and charged batteries, consider bringing a launchpad, chair and/or folding table, and be prepared to chat with some friendly folks. We'll see you there!
