What we’re about

Welcome to the Raleigh Treasure Hunters Club — a new adventure community for adults who love competition, clues, and the thrill of winning real cash prizes.
We host interactive treasure-hunt style games throughout Raleigh. Each event features a series of landmarks, riddles, and challenges that lead you step-by-step toward hidden cash-prize tickets. Multiple winners are selected every hunt, giving everyone a fair shot at walking away with extra money and bragging rights.

How It Works:

Each player purchases a ticket to join the hunt.
Your ticket fee goes toward the winner’s prize pot, club operations, and our annual membership platform fees.
The more participants we have, the larger the prize pool grows.
Cash-prize tickets are hidden at different stops, so multiple players can win during the same event.

We plan to hold treasure hunts once or twice a month, depending on interest and participation. As the club grows, so will the prize pots, the complexity of the clues, and the number of winners.

Raleigh New Year’s Day Treasure Hunt – Start 2026 With Adventure & Cash Prizes!

Kick off the New Year with something fun, exciting, and totally different — a Raleigh Treasure Hunt through Downtown landmarks, parks, and hidden gems!

This is our first official treasure hunt event, and we’re starting it off with mystery, competition, and multiple chances to win cash prizes of $50 to $100.

$25 ticket → helps build the prize pot + keeps the group funded for future treasure hunts.

What You’ll Do
Participants will follow a series of clues, puzzles, and location challenges that take you on foot through:

Downtown Raleigh
A mix of well-known landmarks
Interesting side streets
Local parks
Small hidden gems you may have never noticed

Every clue leads you closer to one of the cash prize locations.
You can come solo or with a friend — either way, be ready to explore, think fast, and have fun!

Cash Prizes
Your $25 ticket helps build the winner’s prize pot, which will be split into multiple cash prizes so more than one person has a chance to win.
Examples include:

One $100 prize
Two $50 prizes
Or several smaller prizes placed at different stops

(Exact prize distribution depends on total ticket sales.)

Why There’s a Ticket Fee
Your ticket cost is used for:

Funding the prize money
Helping cover the yearly Meetup group membership fee
Supporting materials and future treasure hunt events
