Anyone up for joining me for some self defense? I hope you can join me. We will start off with some circuit training like short sprints burpees stair climbing push ups core training then move into self defense training. During self defense we will practice martial arts moves from punching to kicking to knees and elbows to take down and ground techniques. We also will be practicing blocks as well.
Starting time: 5:30pm
Meet at the volleyball court
This event is kid friendly
Water will be provided be feel free to bring your own
Feel free to bring guests
No Martial arts experience required
Running shoes is recommended
Peeples are free to bring pads and gloves if they want to
