A Holiday Event… A Special Evening Out

Who: We’re most excited to announce that the premiere NC Revelers Big Band Orchestra will return to Cary… and you’re invited!

When: Friday December 5th from 7:30 to 10:30pm or closer to 11pm

Where: We’ll be at Hangout (formerly Back Then Bar & Grill & Tony’s Oyster Bar) in MacGregor Village; 107 Edinburgh South Dr., Suite 129, Cary. 27511

• Ample parking out-front in the large MacGregor Village lot

Why: Holiday Celebration with Dining, Dancing & General Merriment

What: Live Music featuring swing with some smooth & rhythm dance music mixed in.

• Key Ticketing Info: As of the time of this memo, general admission & 4-person tables can be reserved at the above link. If table space for less than a 4-persons is desired then reach Jim and as a backup reach Paul (contact info below).

• Suggestion: dine during the “dinner hour” before the band begins; some tables near the edge of the dance floor may be moved back a bit just before the band begins so final installation of dance floor can be completed.

What shall I wear: decide as you wish- there’s notable interest in dress up / black-tie / semi-formal.

Message for ballroom dancers: arrangement has been made once again to install a moderate sized dance floor for the evening’s event. Thanks again George!

Message for Meetup: Going to be a great time this Friday evening at Hangout as the June & September event proved to be.

• If you elect to reserve seat(s) at a table, ask the host / hostess to put the Meetup tables near each other.
• If you choose general admission (entry-only pass) I am told there should be seats at the bar and back lounge though perhaps a limited supply. You can still connect with meetup table(s) thru the hostess.
• To connect up with others you may choose to share your texting # thru meetup messaging. However, if most comfortable for you just text me at 919-637-3963 when you arrive and I’ll connect you with others as best I can.
• Also, you can find me at the bandstand--- just ask for Paul - more difficult after we begin to play, of course. Likely somewhat busy with soundcheck a bit before start. I know many attending; if I’m able I can make an initial intro if you wish.
