Ever wish your dancing just... clicked? Like your feet knew what to do without you having to think so hard about it?
That's exactly what this workshop is for. Lori's running her signature Ballroom Barre Workshop — we'll use a ballet barre to really drill the fundamentals of Ballroom & Smooth dancing until they start to feel automatic. Less overthinking, more flowing.
It's a 3-part series, not just a single class, because muscle memory takes a little repetition to stick. Come to all three and you'll actually feel the difference by the end.

• Are working toward more advanced stuff and want a solid foundation first
