BIG Rocky Branch Creek and Trail Cleanup (Parking location TBD)

🌊 Land, Sea, and Air Cleanup

We’re heading onto—and into—Rocky Branch Trail. There’s litter everywhere, and with more rain expected before the cleanup, there will likely be even more waiting for us.

⏰ Time: 9:00 – 11:00 AM
🍻 Post-Cleanup Hangout: Sammy’s Tap & Grill (2235 Avent Ferry Road)

🙌 Important: This one is not easy, and you will get dirty. Even though it’s on the greenway, let’s leave it to the big kids—16+ only. Anyone under 18 must have a guardian on site for the entire event.

🧤 Gear Note: We have 8 pairs of waders available to lend. If you have your own, please bring them!

🌞 Summer Reminder:
It’s getting hot out there. Please hydrate the day before and during the event. We’ll be in the sun most of the time. Bring a reusable water bottle (we’ll have water to refill), and wear a hat, sunscreen, an SPF shirt—whatever you need to stay safe and cool. No piece of litter is worth your wellbeing!
