Let's Climb at TRC Raleigh, (Optional: Dinner after, location TBD)

Are you ready to try something new? Or are you an experienced climber in need of a belay partner? For over 17 years now we've been welcoming both curious newbies and seasoned climbers to our Meetup, and we'd love to have you join us! :-) No prior climbing experience or special gear is required!

Your first Meetup visit to any TRC location is $20. We suggest you ask for rental shoes, they make a surprising difference. (Wear clothes that don't restrict movement and a pair of your thinnest socks.) Subsequent visits with the meetup are $25. Feel free to post a comment or message the organizer to ask any questions or let us know if you are a new climber or have some experience but are not belay-certified.

When you arrive, please check in with the desk, let them know you are there for the meetup, and they will help you with any forms and gear. Blue name tags will be at the desk if I have arrived. Then head to the roped area at the front of the gym and look for us or ask a TRC employee at the desk to point out the event organizer. Look for climbers with blue name tags.

We'll leave for dinner (optional) typically by 8:45pm - venue to be chosen by the organizer and those who wish to join. Feel free to make a suggestion that can handle a large group, and has multiple vegetarian options.
