Join the Ramen NYC community for dinner at Karazishi Botan in Brooklyn.

The name “Karazishi Botan” comes from a Japanese legend about the mythical guardian lion often seen at temples. The lion, called karazishi, is said to rest beneath botan (peony) flowers, whose dew protects it from harm. Inspired by this story, Karazishi Botan aims to create a peaceful place where guests can relax and enjoy a great bowl of ramen with friends.
Their menu blends traditional Japanese ramen techniques with bold, aromatic flavors, creating broths that stand out from typical ramen shops in NYC.

✨ This will be a relaxed, casual meetup focused on great ramen and good conversation with fellow ramen lovers.
