Mini Golf + Optional Drinks & Apps

The rough plan is to meet up at 4 in front of the conference center. At 4:15 we will leave to head to the mini golf area, so if you're more than 15 minutes late we won't be there.

By 4:30 we should all be registered and on the mini golf course. Somewhere between 6 and 7 we should all be finished, and then those who want to get drinks & apps are welcome to hang out until whenever people are ready to head home.

Bingemans has an assortment of activities and a restaurant, so we should be able to do everything in one place.

IMPORTANT

Reservations have to be made in advance to ensure we get time slots that keep our group together. 6 people can be in one mini golf group at a time when making reservations.

That said, all 6 tickets in one group have to be bought by one person. so, I will be making this group a maximum of 12 people, 2 full groups.

In order to RSVP for this group, there will be a 13.86 CAD sign up fee to reserve your golf spot. This fee covers all associated costs related to mini golf portion of the event.

This etransfer has to be made by Sunday, June 4th, otherwise we will be at risk of not getting the time slot we want. My etransfer email is ronsdf@hotmail.com - Please make sure you identify who you are when you send the money if your name is different than what we know you as here.

If the time slot has to be changed, I will notify you and offer you a refund if you're unable to attend. Please only rsvp if you have at least an hour flexibility on the start time of the event. I can't promise the exact time slot we want will be there in a week from now.
