Random Joyfest

Could you use some more joy in your busy, stressed, super-serious life?

More laughter? Irreverent silliness? Opportunities to tap into your inner child and meet a community of others who want to do the same?

Then Random Joyfest is built just for you.

Here's what we're all about:

A community dedicated to celebrating each other and others. Not just hanging out. But really celebrating.

A few examples of events we'll be doing:

• Happy Hours where we go around and toast to each other's small wins that week. Applause, enthusiasm, love. "I took my finally cat to the vet" gets a rousing ovation.

• Going to open-mic comedy nights and laughing at all the jokes, no matter how bad, to show all the brave comics some love and support.

• Going to a Nats game and picking a random player on either team that we all decide to become superfans for that day, bring signs, do chants, you name it. It'll make no sense to anyone. And be amazing.

• And many more. As a member, you get to suggest outings and help steer the ship.

This is a group for those who want to fall back in love with life.
