DIY WELLNESS RETREAT 🪷 Flynns Beach ⛱️ Port Macquarie

Join our small group for a DIY wellness retreat in beautiful Port Macquarie!

This isn't your typical retreat; the idea is collaboration; each attendee contributes an hour session over the weekend.

What are your passions &/or strengths? Could you lead a yoga 🧘‍♀️ class, guide us on a hike, teach us arts and crafts?

Beyond the joy of learning new things, this retreat embraces the profound wellness benefits of giving. Studies have shown that contributing to the well-being of others significantly boosts your own mental health.

I've booked a 3-bedroom apartment at Flynns Beach Port Macquarie that sleeps 8 people.

Cost: $150 per person (for weekend accommodation).

Contribution: Your commitment to leading a 1-hour session for the group.

Travel: Port Macquarie is approximately a 4-hour drive from Sydney. We'll coordinate carpooling for those who want to drive up together. If you'd like a lift in my car, we'll split the petrol costs.

WHAT TO BRING: This will depend on the wellness agenda we end up with based on our cohort.

So far,

• swimsuit, yoga mat
• Stoic Philosophy book (one of the classics, I have copies, and available free online)
• Disclose dietary requirements before we go
