3-4km Run and Beers

What a weekend, with so many of the "Regulars" travelling and running races across the world, it seems tough to head back to our local shores to run on Wednesday evening, but run we will, and those that are back can regale us with their exploits. Congrats to everyone who did run over the weekend, great to see so many out and about.

Meet as usual at the Canal Bridge across from The Barge Pub at 7.30 on Wednesday evening, that never changes, and this weeks run will be to Rody Bolands in Rathmines.

For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week.
