OMG - It's August already!

Unfortunately I have returned to the Frozen North, but it was great seeing so many over the past couple of weeks, but even without me, the Show goes on, and this week, we will be running to Birchalls in Ranelagh, where a warm welcome will be had. See you all soon, so enjoy the run, and obviously, the craic afterwards.

For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week.
